The Losar Festival Celebration Committee wishes to inform you that as per the  General Meeting held on 18 jannuary 2026, we have issued two distinct Identity Cards. The card with the official tag is designated for Committee executive members or the Losar Festival Celebration Committee, while the card labeled Volunteer is intended for Volunteer workers selected for various tasks. The holder of the Official card has the authority to lead or assign tasks to volunteers. This is a digital card, valid for one week from the date of issuance, specifically from the 14th of February 2026. Holders of the white card are required to adhere to the rules and regulations set forth by the committee. Any breach of these rules and regulations will be deemed unlawful. The holder of the Official card retains the right to take action against individuals who violate the Losar Festival code of conduct. The holders of the Official card are recognized as the Official organizers of the Losar Festival 2026.
